Laser processing is known for its ability to turn parts around quickly. There are no tooling requirements and once the part is programmed, it
is ready to run. Each time the job is run, it is accurate and repeatable. Why carry unnecessary inventory costs and materials? Let PLM show you how Just In Time
processing can save you money.
- For flat and rotary cutting up to 3500 Watts of Power with a Large Bed Size of 60" X 120". Rotary Capability with up to 10"
Diameter & 10' long, 4" pass through & 20' long.
- Four Axis Capability with up to 2000 Watts of CO2 power. Work Envelope is 48" X 48" X 12".
- Cutting Capabilities in most metals up to .625 (5/8") Thick. In Acrylics you get a cut edge with a polished Finish up to 1".
Wood can also be cut up to 1".
- We specialize in "Clean Cutting" which means we use a High Pressure Assist Gas to follow the Laser Beam that leaves the part CLEAN and WELD READY.
- Laser marking, through the use of a low power CO2 laser beam, to permanently identify metals with serial numbers, logos, part numbers, date codes or graphics.
